Detailed description of the works Master bedroom is wooden floor with bed on wheels, bed-side tables + chair. Dusted, hoovered (including under bed) floor washed. 2nd bedroom is carpet, just needs to be hoovered and cleaned – bed does NOT move. 3rd bedroom (really better described as a large closet) – is used for storage. Full of stuff – a VERY quick DUSTING would do. 3 toilet, (1 En-Suite shower/toilet (PRIMARY USE, 1 bathroom w/toilet, 1 downstairs toilet) all with linoleum floors. Shower is to be cleaned outside/inside (plastic/glass-type doors are relatively clean). Toilets. Shelving/mirrors etc. to be dusted/cleaned. 1 cabinet – outside only. 1 Living room, wooden floor, easily moved furniture (EXCEPT for TV and equipment – that MUST be cleaned around, i.e. NOT moved – needs dusting mostly). Do NOT clean the TV screen! 1 Kitchen/Dining open plan. Wooden floor throughout, 6 seater table with chairs and a side table, heavy but moveable. Kitchen has a bin/recycling containers. Counters are clean-ish. The doors of kitchen (white) cabinets need a very good clean. Greasy and splatters on most. Backsplash tiles around stove-top also needs good cleaning. Inside of any cabinet or fridge does NOT require cleaning. OVEN – would like a SEPARATE QUOTE for cleaning the oven – mostly the interior glass door. I understand this can be an overnight job and may not be practicable! Hallway, downstairs, is wooden from front door to kitchen (fixed rug at front door – not to be moved). Stairs is carpeted. Upstairs landing (regular size) is carpeted. Paintings/art on walls, mostly downstairs. MUST be treated carefully – DUSTING only. Can be taken down to clean/dust CAREFULLY! Windows & windowsills – upstairs & downstairs – to be cleaned (inside ONLY). ____________ Main jobs are: 1. Every surface and items on shelves to be dusted and/or cleaned (glass tables etc.) a. This includes the staircase (dusting of & between balustrading on stairs and upstairs landing. b. Books not to be removed from shelves in living room – just dust around/over/top). 2. All wooden floors to be hoovered and then washed. 3. All carpeted areas to be hoovered. 4. All toilet linoleum floors to be hoovered and washed. 5. All art-work to be dusted ONLY – one or two may not be taken down, due to location and/or fittings. 6. All glass/mirror/wooden surfaces to be dusted & cleaned (appropriately). 7. Some painted walls will need a dusting and perhaps a very VERY light cleaning in spots. PLEASE discuss before beginning. I believe that is everything but I am also sure I will have forgotten to mention something obvious. Nothing is filthy (oven-door is greasy but oven is not filthy), everything is dusty and needs to cleaned. Access can be organised for practically any time of the day/evening/early night.
